Because Darin loves steak, and I love seafood, I has become tradition for me to make a v-day dinner for 2 every year. The boys get to pick out a kid cuisine (which I never buy) and Darin and I get the expensive dinner.
Menu:
Grilled Sirloin Steaks
Honey Broiled Salmon Salad
Shrimp Ceviche with Avocado and Cucumbers
Roasted Baby Red Potatoes Gourmet Bread (heart shaped butter)
Some kind of Sparkly Drink
And this year Oreo Cake
